With all the many frustrations and lunacies that invariably accompany every aspect of the making of every major picture, it is all somehow worth it, because once it’s done it’s there! ---that song, that dance, that scene, that movie, that performance---its there, frozen in time forever---because of the magic of film. Eternal Life..., that is one miracle the theatre cannot provide.
